Home Fix Pro LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides residential handyman services in the Denver metropolitan area. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit homefixpro.co (“Site”) or engage our services. By using our Site or submitting a service request, you consent to the practices described here.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Full name
• Telephone number
• Email address, when voluntarily provided
• Physical service address where work is to be performed
• Type of service requested and your description of the issue
• Photographs you voluntarily send us relating to a service request
• Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers
• Reviews and feedback you choose to submit through our Site

• IP address and approximate geographic location

• Pages visited, time spent and navigation patterns

3. Text Message (SMS) Consent

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by calling (720) 589-1914. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect our ability to contact you by phone about an active service request. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, lease or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: third parties that support our operations — website hosting, workflow automation, database storage, messaging and internal notification tools, and analytics. They access your data only as needed to perform their function and are obligated to maintain confidentiality.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, court order or government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or someone's safety.
• Insurance and claims: with our insurance carrier where necessary to handle a claim relating to work performed at your property.
• Business transfer: in connection with a sale, merger or transfer of business assets. You would be notified of any such change.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site and operations use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Maps Platform / Places API — address autocomplete. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics — website traffic analysis. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts — typography; may collect IP address information
• Google Workspace / Sheets and Apps Script — storage and processing of service request records
• Telegram — internal notification of incoming service requests to our team
• Thumbtack — where you contact us through that platform, its own privacy policy applies
• Hosting and automation infrastructure — our website host and self-hosted workflow automation server

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

6. Data Retention

• Service request data: retained for a minimum of three (3) years for warranty, liability, insurance and tax purposes
• Financial records: retained as required by IRS guidelines, generally seven (7) years
• Website analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings

You may request earlier deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/SSL), access-controlled hosting and restricted internal access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

• Deletion — request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements

9. Colorado Privacy Act

The Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-1301 et seq.) gives Colorado residents certain rights over their personal data. As a small local service provider, Home Fix Pro LLC may not meet the statutory processing thresholds requiring full CPA compliance, but we voluntarily extend to all customers the rights to access, correct and delete personal data, and to opt out of processing for targeted advertising — which we do not engage in.

10. Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We do not engage in cross-site behavioral advertising.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
